The knife is only lethal if it's still spinning. I.e. the door glitch. Where people can throw a knife at a door, the knife while get stuck on the door while it's still spinning, making a trap for whatever enemy comes rushing through.

The riot shield vs predator missile is only a glitch that works in private matches. It works against all explosive damage from killstreaks. In regular online it doesn't work.
