Two questions which pop to my mind. I recently bought the Mitsuha Nendoroid (802)... Allthough I really like her, the packaging is smaller than usual (my last one was 728 Holo, so I should be pretty up to date on those...). Are the Love Live Packages still at the normal size, or are they smaller as well, is this becoming a thing now? Also she as well had just one additional face-plate, how about that? :/ - I really liked haveing 3 plates in total with my Nendoroids :(...

I have the Training outfit Nico(two face plates) and the package is also smaller than my other nendoroids. It's because they come with little accessories and are cheaper than the 'normal'Nendoroids. This is, as far as I am aware, only with Love Live and Your Name Nendoroids(probably the same with the other cheaper nendoroids). I believe the boxes of all the Live Live nendoroids are the same size though, so they stack well.

Is it possible to swap You's face with Honoka or Riko with Umi/ Kotori, since they share the same eye color? Or each nendoroid has its own part size?

Yes, you can face swap. A lot of modern nendoroids are face swappable. Really old ones, not so much.
