I agree with the 9.5 just off the idea of living in a 4,000+ square foot luxury Waldorf Astoria hotel. Her decor is what can take this to a 10! To even think that a place like this can go for $1.8million just shows how affordable the ATL market is. Had this place been in NYC or LA, it would easily be $20million or more!

It's beautiful!! I give it an 8.5. I'm happy for Nene. I use to love the thought of living in a luxury highrise too until I experienced it. I didn't realize how much I missed my privacy. Also, hearing the birds sing and seeing the wind caressing through the trees. I missed walking barefooted on grass and working in the garden and just connecting with nature. The only thing I had was an amazing view of downtown Atl, which gets pretty borning after a while. I'm glad I experienced the highrise life style tho but long term, it's not for me.

I rate it a 7 because of All those windows looking back it me. You pretty much have to leave your drapes, shades closed for any privacy. I like to enter my rooms with still in my gown or short silk robe, etc with the light pouring in. I can't in that place with ALL those windows looking back it me And my beautiful indoor plants need that light I like to sit out on my balcony early in the morning with my coffee, or have breakfast out there without being looked at So its a 7

I like it. Minimalist decor is a vibe! I think it's priced just right for the BH area. I give it a 7. The kitchen is tiny for $1.8M. Good for Nene moving from the suburbs to the city. Personally, I can't understand why single folks choose to confine themselves to the suburbs. It's a quality of life issue for me,. I'd be so lonely in a big house by myself. No way..Good for Nene. She's putting the pieces of her life back together. Love it .

Single people in places like Dallas, Atlanta, Houston live in the burbs usually to be close to work and it’s cheaper to rent and buy usually. There are a large number of people working from home now, but prices still are a factor. Nene is an empty nester, so this move makes sense for her.

I did not give it a 10 because we did not see the closets and the floor looked too much laminate plank flooring. Very nice!

I can understand why NeNe sold her home in Duluth because she shared memories with her late husband, Greg, of 23 years. However, I don't think she had time to grieve before moving swiftly into a new relationship. I am sure that Greg wanted nothing but NeNe to find happiness and love again. The question is she happy or trying to fill a void? No man can or ever will match up to Greg. Allow yourself time to grieve, get to know yourself again as a single woman, and explore again. We sometimes lose ourselves in what others want instead of allowing ourselves time to grieve. Take baby steps and let not people see dollar signs but see you for who you are. Love will find you again, and that's love sent by God.

I definitely give it a 10 Some are saying the kitchen is small. The Condo is over 4,000 sq feet its twice the size of most people houses with 4 bedrms and 5 bathrooms. Thats more than enough space for Nene. And when you get inside I'm sure its much larger than it looks.
