Ina is pretty good at doing alternate voices, See: Michael Moose impersonations, but its also possible that Nene would have only been familiar with Ina's usual streaming voice/singing voice anyways, instead of her more timid voice. That said, a large part of it was probably Kiara being there to support the ruse, and Ina having the right props. If you're used to the people with some sort of large handheld computing device being managers of the "talents" instead of fellow talents it likely makes it easier to overlook, especially without having someone in the know to immediately introduce Ina as Ina.
