So on December 3rd, on her alt twitter, we find a likely culprit for this advice from her manager. She posted 8 tweets over the course of 15 minutes on a variety of topics including such manager concerning hits as "ねねのXくんがスケベになっちゃった😭" (which seems to translate as complaining about how her twitter feed has become lewd).

@@MrCh0o well I think it is more likely they had concerns about doing a lot of such tweets on a variety of topics without self-editing much. If you roll the dice enough times on "will this be interpreted weird" you are certain to have a problem eventually. I just picked one example that was simple enough that I have confidence in its translation. Though this is all just a guess based on the fact that tweeting a bunch of "Nene thoughts" in quick succession is a good match for the advice of "maybe take 10s before posting", and that the timing lines up somewhat. Hopefully someone who actually speaks Japanese can show up and spot the obvious things that I missed. I was just curious about the tweets like many others here so I went to see what, if anything, I could figure out looking at her recent-ish tweets on her two official twitter accounts.

From the timeline of events, it seems likely what prompted the manager's advice was a Tweet in which she talks about her twitter feed becoming lewd but in Japanese it was phrased in a way that could read as Nene has become more lewd. Hence the "think before you post" advice.

Taking a second to think about what you say and having an individual personality are not mutually exclusive. Also you have no idea what tweet was being referred to. As has been pointed out by multiple people in these comments, the specific tweet that brought about this reminder was one which was easily misinterpreted as her saying that she had become lewd. I am pretty certain her management were fully in support of the intended meaning of her tweet, that she was complaining how lewd her timeline had become. The problem was that it was phrased in such a way that it might be misinterpreted. So it seems her management were in this case attempting to help her clarify her intended meaning, and fully in support of the sentiment she was trying to express. But please, tell me more about the sky falling down?

I think Holo is losing the focus on the girls. They are growing so big as a company that are seeing the girls as assets instead of normal people.
