i've only recently come across yr pages Amber & am absolutely rapt!!!!! i originally came by to learn to draw faces [oh such fun...lol...NOT] but yr examples make it look much easier than most. I loved it when you took us thru yr journals...I'd love to see more & i'm sure there are heaps as i've got ALL of yr posts to watch yet. Thanx for sharing...luv yr work. PLEASE MAKE MORE!!! All the stencils did were minimize erase lines -I'm positive you could have managed those shapes on your own- the insane talent screamed through your rendering! Simple shapes from those stencils could have ended up with a drawing of an alien. Your use of color, shading, freehanded features like her hair and your instinct of when "enough is enough" to result in such a beauty! Anyone can be "taught" the technical drawing aspects... your talent, although not teachable, is one of the most inspirational! Personally, I would definitely appreciate much more of your inspiration!

For years, I was so fascinated by watercolour, but this is really hard to do for me. Now I've turned to mixed media as well because it's so forgiving. I love it! Would you consider making a tutorial for a boy/man? I find it hard to find tutorials for male faces.
