NeoGeo Battle Coliseum playthrough (PS2) (1CC)

Playthrough with Mr. Karate and Haohmaru. The European version of the game was released in 2006 and was published by Ignition Entertainment. As with several of their SNK releases, it has a few little problems -nothing that messes the game up that badly, but things that should have been noticed before release. None of the endings were translated, and none of the cut-scenes before and after boss fights were translated either. Sometimes win quotes after a match will just read "dummy1" (doesn't happen in this playthrough). On the plus side, this version has much shorter load times than the Japanese version.
There are four different bosses in the game, I fight Mizuchi (a clone of Orochi). See my playthrough of the Xbox 360 version for the battle against Goodman, the game's true final boss:

The EU version is better than the US version. In US version, the music stops and restarts after a battle, of course, in the same stage. There's no music for choosing the next first character for the next match. I really don't understand those differences...

Pretty much spot on, much like KoF XI. Both used Atomiswave arcade hardware in arcades, both come off just as nicely on the PS2.

It's okay, it plays just like it's arcade counterpart, but some stages have some really horrible lag.

Exact same, minus what looks to be a blurry filter on the arcade version. That can be toggled off and on on the PS2 version.

Bloodreign1 now I have one more question, can you tell me if Capcom vs snk the first one, is Arkie perfect on the sega Dreamcast, because I heard the Dreamcast version is just like the Sega Naomi version exact, because the Sega Dreamcast is just a version of the Sega Naomi

@@MajinGouki NGBC should never be forgotten, it plays so well, and has quite the roster, unlike Capcom Fighting Jam's paltry character roster.

Mizuchi is a clone of Orochi made by the WAREZ Corporation, apparently without the powers Mizuchi is only your average boy, he apparently also contains the soul of Orochi. Once you beat him his body can no longer handle the power of Orochi and he lets the soul free, then his body disintegrate

Nope, this came out in 2005, a year after the Neogeo was dead. This is available internationally on the PS2 and Xbox Live Arcade. It's a pretty good game.

Esse jogo dá uma vibe tipo "Capcom Vs SNK", mas não possui o mesmo "brilho". Considero o "NeoGeo Battle Coliseum" um dos jogos mais desnecessário da SNK.
