I found your channel a long time ago, looking for these Neon tuts. I was really looking for a tut about making a scene rather then like a simple neon bulb asthethic, but like a full Joel Schumacher “Batman and Robin” type scene scape. Black light bulbs, florescent graffiti, and rave attire…. A buzz lightyear glowing in the dark.

This looks amazing but I am curious can you explain why you wouldn't use the "Light Pen" brush in the "Luminance" category of the brush library to draw specifically the neon parts?

Simply because I like to decide the glow’s distance. I also like to do it myself 😀
