It was early 2010's. I felt down that day, I'd just arrived in New Orleans and decided to go for a walk in the French Quarter. Walked past the One Eyed Jacks and saw a poster of these guys, no clue who they were. I was like "whatever, let's get in there". It was packed with kids (I'm a generation X guy, yeah). The show had already started and they were playing "Ephemeral artery". Last thing I know (with the help of my always loyal friend Mr. Rumple Minze), I was right in front the stage like I used to do back in the day, dancing and jumping with all those kids. I felt like I was again in a new wave concert like when I saw New Order in the late 80's. I said "nice, New Wave is finally back"... it was awesome. Nothing like a good show to get you rolling again. Big fan of this guys since.
