I feel silly now for not considering the meat had something wrong with it or some magical property. I got stuck isolating the geisha as the only magic source and was confused. Nice video! Hope we get more ideas soon.

there's one little bit you forgot to consider though... well... six, actually... why Six is so much smaller than most... Is Six just a human little girl surrounded by monsters? or is Six the one who isn't human? what the lady's relation to Six is, for Six to dream about her... why was Six starting out in a suitcase in the middle of nowhere instead of a cage? why was everyone so persistent on having their grubby hands on Six in particular when the maw is abundant with food? a skinny starved 9-year-old little girl can't be THAT appetizing, can it? What is so special about Six? Why Six? what does it stand for? Just came from Marks let's play... the ending was dope and i can't get it out of my head...

In their official description the guests are cannibalistic , and i'm guessing that means they are aware they are also eating kids and potential guests that have died there because they grab six and eat her almost immediately, so maybe that means shes human..... or, maybe she just appears as one, or why she hides her face? MAYBE THAT COULD EXPLAIN WHY THE GEISHA ALSO COVERS HER FACE AND WHY THE CHEFS WEAR 'masks' BECAUSE THEY ARENT HUMAN??? idk but i think it could explain!!!

Jo Cannone ehehehe... I made a comment about that in another video that was theorizing about Six's relationship with the lady... I'll just qoute it here... "In my opinion though, Six is in no way biologically related to the lady, not only is six a nine-year-old about the height of the lady's knee, she's also a "child". If the lady was as obsessed with beauty as the game clearly portrays, why would she purposefully destroy her figure by getting knocked up... Now you could probably reason against this by saying "Maybe that's why she broke all the mirrors and wore a mask, because giving birth to the little girl made her feel ugly" then I'll say "giving birth destroys the figure, not the face" then people with mention some examples of mothers with great figures (and then people will ignore the thing about why she was wearing the mask... Exactly like a certain size difference)... She lives in "The Maw" she runs the place it's not exactly a modeling agency... my point is she could be wearing a mask since nobody except her cares about her looks... You have a beautiful face, you can't flaunt it since there's so much filth and ugliness in the world, what do you compare your beauty to? if the world was tainted, wouldn't you be led to believe that you were tainted as well? (It's like someone you don't know drinks from your cup without you knowing exactly where their lips touched and you are left with the feeling of disgust and anger) if everyone was ugly and was unconcerned, wouldn't your sense of beauty be warped also?"

If the food is cures that would explain everything, like why 6 eat the boss lady and other things that is not food before she eat the boss lady in the end of the game, also the the pig people give me the creepy's

okay but on the note of magic? maybe there is a starvation spell (casted by the geisha after her husband kills himself in order to keep business coming) , that keeps the people wanting to eat more and more, explaining why six gets fits of insane hunger, maybe theyre in a trance? considering how closely the geisha watches her customers ? idk just a thought, but i believe at the beginning it wasnt meat , it was a piece of bread the kid gave, also that would make sense to the point where she eats the gnome instead of the sausage , there had to be reason why she chose to eat the gnome, not the perfectly good sausage , leading me to agree the meat is made of children ( or maybe even guests as i find it very hard to believe theyre ever getting off the boat if theyre in a trance (explains the room of shoes and belongings , belongs to customers who died? also some meat that the chefs chop up are still way too big and fatty to be children) (still only works for my ideas) and the fact that six is a kid she wouldnt want to eat the meat of those she is alike to, leading her to eat the poor gnome, ,,,,, Also there is more theories that the chefs are in costumes? idk much about that theory but it sounds interesting! Anyways if you read this whole thing feel free to share your opinion im super interested in hearing more on this game and theories !

also pertaining a starvation spell i think that would explain how the lights rapidly flicker when she gets hungry, like a spell wave passing its way through the entire boat

yeah! i replayed the game and realized pretty much every time you eat or need to, you can hear a little kid hum the same tune you hear the geisha lady hum in front of a mirror, now this could work for my starvation theory ORR it could help the theories 1. she is her daughter, it could be six humming or remembering the tune, and clearly she knew who she was due to the nightmare at the beginning of the game, so maybe she would sing it so her, or she could just check on the kids nursery and they all are attuned to knowing that hum, 2. it could be a sign of six gaining her power , but i believe its more likely that its reason 1,, also the character seen in the mirrors shown at the gaming convention that wasnt in the game might have something to do with the broken mirrors buttt i think that it makes more sense that the lady has image issues!

that would be really cool also maybe , an idea, they arent humans and thats why the geisha , six (pertaining they are all related) and the chefs hide their face , idk, but i think a follow up video would really get some ideas out there and id be happy to watch it!!!

Just telling you, a detail that you may have missed is with the chefs. One animation they have is digging under there faces. So this means they are wearing masks, also in the concept art, Is one of the chefs removes there mask, but not all the way. You may have already known, but I just told you to either add depth to your theory, or completely change it. :)

Everyone has it all completely wrong. This is the true meaning. Six is a Japanese girl who moved to America, hence why it is based on a ship. it also explains why everything is bigger than her [everything is bigger in America right?] The game actually takes place during a disgusting weeb convention in the U.S she attended, hear me out on this, because it makes the most sense out of any and every theory about this game. The first guy she sees, the long armed dude, is one of those typical creepy disgusting weebs who is into Lolita hentai. If you look at the name SIX and take away the "S" you're left with the roman numeral IX which is 9, nine plus six is 15, when the long armed dude raises his arms it looks like II which is the numeral for two, take 2 away from 15 [because he takes away kiddies] and you're left with 13 which is the age of consent in Japan. Six is a pre-pubescent Japanese girl so it makes sense that he's after her. The second enemies, the chefs symbolizes the general fans, the ones who create the weeb memes, do fanart of the anime and fanfics, the ones that dress up, like their favourite characters and class themselves as "Voice actors", the guests are the American audience that consumes it, They see Six and go apeshit, wanting to grab and eat her because she's Japanese and they think she'll give them more disgusting weeb powers. Being American they're portrayed as fat and slovenly. The last one, the Geisha, represents the 'Too far gone' weeb, The one who actually thinks they're Japanese and she sees only what she wants to see [hence why all the mirrors are broken], She is after Six because she wants someone to compare her lifestyle to, she denounces her Caucasian identity in favour of an Asian one, she studies Japanese, dresses in traditional dress and lives that part, but only by showing her own true reflection does she get defeated. When the game is over six leaves the convention, she has faced so much cringe and gross misrepresentation of her culture that she wishes everyone in the con will just disappear, hence why they all die. She wears a hoodie because she doesn't want to be seen in the same light as those she is with at the con [the eyes], she enjoys Anime and Manga too but does not want to be associated with the other attendees, [hence why there are eyes everywhere], the colour yellow in Japan symbolizes courage, this shows how brave she is attending such an awful and nightmarish place, the gnomes are the other Japanese folk who are there they all look out for one another. The hunger pains. She isn't used to the american food or the awful Asian imposter food at the con, the stomach pains is actually, food poisoning, that's why she prefers to eat rats, her friends, and one of the bad guys at the end. I hope this sums up the game, because it makes the most sense to me. Comment if you have any questions, you will be guaranteed an answer.
