Clinical assessment There is any evidence of .hypovolaemia hypoperfusion CRT UOP Weight of the baby 2 Biochemical اهم حاجه Sodium levels renal failure Urea Creatine 3.in put and output chart Balance الخلاصة Increase or decrease IVF Mainly Based on Clinical Weight of baby Sodium levels More accurate موضوع dehydration في neonates Very difficult to assess dehydration in neonates الموضوع ابسط من الأطفال وأسهل Fluid, electrolyte, acid base balance management or correction 2 steps only الفوله، الزتونه هي 1. Step one Weight decrease plus + hypernatermia = increase fluid by 20 - 30 ML/KG per day 2. Step two Weight gain + hyponatremia = restriction of fluid by 20- 30 ML/KG per day ومن أحياها فكأنما أحيا الناس جميعا 🙏🙏🌹🌹🤲
