Its was passed By all the Members of HR in the Parliament including Congress, Ja. Sa. Pa. etc, so condemning or holding KP Oli responsible for border dispute with India has nothing to do with the Vibes KP Oli still possess for India, culturally and relationships. This disputes can be resolved with fair and clear table talk between India and Nepal govt. KP Oli is a big hearted man I must say. He'll find/give a solution definitely. On the other hand you just can't trust Prachanda Puspa kamal dahal. It seems He's politics is finished now. But India is also investing here,, Indian work is slow and projects are not completed on time whereas Chinese do the same thing in less money,effort and time.. We nepalese had given votes only after trusting KP Oli. And we obviously Want KP oli to be our PM for 5 yrs. Prachanda killed 17000 nepalse folks and he's still adopted by KP oli in the election just to create political stability in the future, because Nepal was changing its PM within months, Huge political fluctuations...
