BTW Nepal Airways and Everest Air were opened before Necon Air.Both closed by mid 90s. Founders of Everest Air later opened Cosmic Air. Necon was first publicly traded company. Your analysis of Deepmani Rajbhandari being reason for Necon collapse is correct.

No He is correct, Necon air was the first privately owned passenger airlines. Everest air was formed in the same year but as a charter airline. Nepal airlines is and was state owned. Necon is the first private airlines in Nepal.

@@reactivenyc No Sir I am not talking about Nepal Airlines aka "RNAC" back then, I am talking about Airline called "Nepal Airways", it was established in early 1992. They flew couple of Avro aircraft in trunk routes. Secondly Everest Air was not cargo, they flew scheduled Donnier flights to STOL airports like Lukla. All 3 Nepal Airways, Everest Air and Necon started around the same time but Necon being the youngest of 3. So technically NECON was not the first.

I am so glad someone made a video on Necon Air, it was the best to fly with back in the day and their service was far better than what we get today including that of budget indian companies flying to India. Was very sad when it closed down. So glad you made this video.

Do have any knowledge about Vishwo Airlines? This company was very visionary as per the CEO and was planning to buy medium sized aircrafts from Russian company sukhoi to target countries like India, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Middle East etc. But God knows what happens, it never started.
