💞 I know Nepal for these foods! It is incredible to know a country for its traditional food and its legitimate people. Nomads, those in tents, sheep farmers, who always drink meat in a wood stove. Suffering people, but very happy people! Happiness is priceless.🙌🙏 My respect to all Nepal🙏 Love from Brazil🇧🇷🕊️

The saag which is shown is seen n found only in hilly areas Sishnu a thorny Bush. As u cud see they using tongs to not get hurt by little thorns .Once u boil it in salt d thorns subsides n mellows down .They must have used corn flour (makai ka atta ) for the binding . Nd d dish dhero is prepared of either same corn flour or they also use kuttu ,singhara ka atta what normally is used during navratri fast in northern India . They say if u eat ths wit raw cow butter the yellow butter it tastes amazing . Little knwledge which I had shared here hope some expertie also adds up their knwledge fr people who r watching ths video shud knw it more better way so that ths authentic traditional food gets more exposure nd it's a healthy food which ollden nepali people used to eat as daily meal, still people r there even in modern times who have preserved d sanctity of ths food nd r still eating .Nd see no oil is used in ths food .Amazing part .
