I decided to walk the streets of Kathmandu in search of Street Food.
Kathmandu is a very lively city and when we talk about Street Food, somewhere we also talk about the vitality of a city.
Finding street food means that the city lives, that its breath spreads in each of its alleys.
Kathmandu, capital of Nepal, country with Indian and Himalayan influences, land of history, kingdoms, ethnic groups. Of course, all of this is reflected in the food.
This is a journey and above all a tribute to the street, to its heartbeats, its jolts, its voices, its sounds, its agitations.
If the city wakes up, happiness is palpable.
