Thanks for reacting to a great band! While the band's last vocalist Ville Laihiala (who's also singing here) does a perfectly fine job with this song from their earlier Taneli Jarva era, he just can't out-Jarva the man himself, who we can see in this clip from their final gig (I'm glad I was there) where Jarva came on stage to do a handful of older songs: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5KnnmyifLp8bdk

And just to clarify, I'm not trying to put down Ville Laihiala in any way, shape or form. He's a versatile singer whose era in Sentenced I also greatly liked and which was also their most commercially successful. It's just that Jarva's songs work even better with Jarva himself even though Laihiala also does a good job with them. We never heard (and never will) them try it the other way around, but I'm somewhat confident that the conclusion would've been that Laihiala does Jarva songs better than Jarva does Laihiala ones.
