What soil are you using for your plants.
@WiseexoticsАй бұрын
@@ericnyamu9981 I have a variety of mixes , lately tiny roots premium is one I'm seeing good results with , added some coconut husk and perlite . Also now trying a blend with deciduous mixture . For Philippine species I'm planning to try kanuma for the acidity

I love that veitchii (m). I got a question so do you think that its possible to grow Nepenthes Clipeata on a windowsill?🤨🤨🤨
@WiseexoticsАй бұрын
@@BaRoNvOnToOtS I do have three clipeata in the open air area next to a window and they're doing fine ╮(^▽^)╭. I would say you should definitely check your range of temperature 🌡️ and humidity wherever your planning tomoir one, as well as.light intensity, might need a sunshade or crack the blinds by some windows to reduce to much intensity, but because it's a lowland it can handle warmer conditions. Just make sure the humidity in that area is high and use akadama to prevent root rot imo. You can use a water tray below it and keep the plant above the water using some riser methods such as eggshell crate(what I use), gravel, rocks, ect to keep the plant raised over the water. That allows the water to evaporate around the plant which would magnify the humidity while also creating a kind of a little humid barrier around it, that helps the traps develop.

@@Wiseexotics hmmm.... i got to think about this one hard. Can it handle intermidiate?
@WiseexoticsАй бұрын
@@BaRoNvOnToOtS I mean if it handles highland to lowland , intermediate should be easy 👍
