Kevin Your information is amazing, I am very much a beginner since I have not been able to keep reptiles over an extended period. However, once bringing my nile monitor home, I wanted to ensure that he was well taken care of, and of all the content that i watched I found you to be among one of the best in my opinion. Because you are in it for the love of the animals...I say that you are to reptiles what Cezar Milan is to dogs...I await more info on the monitors and i look forward to the day I can invest in one of your socialized babies. Until then I will continue watching and do the best I can on my own. YOU ROCK!!!!

Its actually the opposite with humidity and cold weather. The humidity makes you feel colder cause of all the moisture in the air.

Just found this, great stuff! What about care for adult black roughnecks? Sexual dimorphism? Arboreal? I have an aquarium in my enclosure and mine goes in daily (multiple times) as I upgrade enclosures, is it more important to have large water area or more substrate? Handy that it always defecates in the water,. I’d love a black dragon, but can’t setup that much outdoor space and no spare room inside for a huge enclosure.
