Right after I watched Zac respond to the teacher, I sat my "odd duck middle schooler" (he's in a family of odd ducks so it is a term of love in this home) down and said I wanted to show him something Zac had said. He got a little teary eyed by the end of it. As parents, we can tell our kids it's okay to be yourself and be different, but it always seems to resonate with them more when they see someone else telling them that as well. Thanks Zac. ❤️
