To be fair, the frame isn't that obvious, and even then it's difficult to see. There is no other way of knowing it's already in use. Honestly, all they had to do to make it clear is have it say "Equipped" in the UI, Or even show a little picture for the limb it's attached to. But nah, let's just put a difficult to see frame around the parts in use, that'll make it clear. (Note: I'm talking about the frame when it's on another limb. Say the arm part when it's on the right arm and you are viewing it from the left.)

You can't equip more arms because you only have 1. You need to craft another arm/leg to equip another one.

it actually has a lot more cool features like every time you cut something off it gives you what they have equipped even the weapon and that there is set bonuses and other cool thing but it really is not clearly stated that any of that existences anywhere so it is bad in that regard.

Like being stuck in sand in the deep desert, or at the bottom of a narrow staircase, unable to go anywhere, foiled by stairs like an Old Time Dalek, the end? Sure, if it wasn't an action game. A criminal mastermind game might work, or wheelchair volleyball, or a VR game where the protagonist controls a drone... which then basically replaces the wheelchair-bound protagonist, so we're back to square one: namely that in open world games either we need a protagonist who can move around to do shit or we give him movable extensions which then make the whole wheelchair thing a pointless gimmick. The wheelchair is just there to explain why a character would accept that job offer that involves strapping him into an exoskeleton that allows him to walk again. Also I doubt he would have given his consent if he had been properly told about the details of the procedure...

Wow, that's a pretty messed up intro. Having a guy literally get screws drilled into him, and being welded. Reminds me of the Resident Evil 7 scene where Ethan loses his hand. It reminds me because when he wakes up, he doesn't think back on that fucking pain, he just no-sells it, like Ethan does. One second, he's lost a fucking hand, the next, he's like "Nothing happened, I'm walking about with a stump and not on the floor writhing in agony."

Narrrrrrrrrgh.....Dan, the reason why you couldn't equip the armour in both arms and legs is because you have to craft two of each for those limbs. Also you can bank your scrap at OPS so if you got some left over from levelling or crafting. BTW, I don't recommend this game. The camera struggles with the tight spaces, the game loves putting enemies in narrow corridors and small rooms, lots of ledges and platforms lacking railings, and the blocking function is pretty much useless and enemies can one shot you through it.

I've never played a Dark Souls game or a Souls-alike, but this looks really good as an outsider to the genre.

When you have a big metal robotic arm, nearly all weapons should swing about the same speed so long as they have less than X weight where X is the maximum weight the big robotic arm was designed for. Small weapons should not have much higher speeds than large weapons. You should be avoiding small weapons because they should do less DPS. Since the game wants to introduce a false and unrealistic dichotomy between weapon size and swing speed it suffers from the same idiocy as Dark Souls.

Just because you're capable of lifting something doesn't mean you can swing it at the same speed as some other thing. I can swing a twig much faster than I can swing a sledgehammer, for example. If you want evidence, the force required to lift an object is mg (where g is about 10), and the force required to hold onto it while you swing is mv^2/r. assuming your arm is about a metre long, that means swinging whatever you're holding at just over 3 m/s will apply more force than just holding it would take, and it's clear that even for the slow weapons the swing is much faster than 3m/s. Also, the fact that it's a game, and some people like to use smaller weapons, means it should be balanced around the idea that all weapon types are at least similar in terms of viability.
