I took an elderly lady to her podiatrist appointment some years back here in Australia (volunteer work) It was Christmas and she had not long picked up the turkey for the coming family reunion which she was to cook and prepare. "It's my birthday today"she said and when I asked how old she said ..105. I checked and it was indeed true.

Interesting that some of the highest life expectancy countries are associated with high stress. People of of Japan, South Korea, Hongkong, etc. are under constant stress during to the conditions they live in, work demands, and yet have high life expectancy. Could diet and family connectivity be the answer?
@OtomoTenzi
@OtomoTenzi Ай бұрын
They may live a bit longer due to having different diets and lifestyles or work schedules, but yet they are also alot more prone and exposed to environmental hazards and diseases tho... Because of the much higher concentrations of people living together with them in such cramped/overcrowded spaces with extremely dense populations in certain parts of Asia. Like Indonesia for example, TONS of people all over the place and living in confined spaces. Plenty of people there are living in poverty and could not even afford proper home air-conditioning or clean living environments. Whole entire families of 6+ or more people, all sleeping in the same bedrooms or same beds. People I know who have visited Hong Kong or Shenzhen during the summer, say that all their clothes can get dirty like hell and soiled from just wearing them around for only 1 day. Riding around in public transportation; like the buses and the MTR, all jam-packed with LOADS and LOADS of dirty, smelly, sweaty-ass elderly people. Sneezing, farting, and breathing on you like EVERYWHERE... T-shirts and underwear can go from white to black like literally overnight! 😝

My maternal grandmother was born in 1897 and lived to be 103! She had been born prematurely and delivered by her father, the town doctor, and had not been expected to live. She has been "sickly" when she was very young so my great-grandfather went against convention and encouraged her to be very physically active, doing things that "only boys" were expected to do to build strength. The idea worked, and my grandmother was very healthy up until about a year before she died.

Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau aren't cold at all and are at the top countries. Is more like temperate climates, Mongolia and Russia are colder than almost all Europe and aren't higher. In some cases the country might have a decent to high standards of life like Czech Republic or the United States, but bad diet and alcoholism are a major factor.

@@1BobsYourUncle The point is that a private insurance health care insurance company premiums is expensive and will pay out very little toward your doctor and hospital bill. Whereas, A government monthly premium (a.k.a) tax is cheaper and pays 100 percent toward your doctor and hospital bill. My advice is to put you and your family first. The government will always be strong in perpetuity (a.k.a) forever.
