Part of the reason Jackie doesn't do as many big craft videos anymore is because of chronic pain issues from sitting or working for too long. I have the same problem with pain where I can't sit and paint or sculpt for more than a couple hours or I'm in pain and my hands lock up and my hips scream at me from sitting too long or my back hurts from leaning over a project. It sucks to be creative and have to live with the knowledge that trying to be creative will often end up painful. I have a bunch of projects sitting idle because I just don't want to go through it. I completely understand Jackie not wanting to go through the strain of making large crafts, but hopefully the dice video will be ok for her. Fingers crossed she feels ok enough to attempt it in a stream

I love watching you unbox things! 😂 what's this what's this?😂 I just love how much awareness you bring to chronic invisible illnesses. I have degenerative disc disease and all my life have been gaslighted by doctors because "I was too young to be in pain". That is until this doctor saw I was in pain and my blood pressures showd that. So thank you for showing me how to stand up for myself. I am now in physical Therapy for my back and it is helping a bit (only had 3 visits and my pain level went from a 10 to about a 5). Love what you do, keep being you!

Tigger was always my favorite, besides Eeyore. Fun fact: Eeyore was voiced by the same voice as Ironhide, the car from Nightrider, Predator from the Predator movies, and the most iconic character and hero ever, Optimus Prime, Peter Cullen. I find Sophie and Toffee resin difficult to work with, 3:1 ratio is way too confusing, and instructions are unclear if you're a beginner. I use Let's Resin resin, instructions are a lot clearer and a lot more helpful. It'd be interesting to see a comparison from someone who knows resin.

I haven't made any resin dice, but I've never argued a channel on Instagram. I think Ben NY able to disassemble the mold would make it easier if you wanted to apply the mica powder before adding the resin.

The "dividers" in the trinket box parts are to support the mold, to avoid shifting/colapsing, while the resin dries.

18:08 so the dice mold is meant to be poured from the top, but the reason why it's made with 3 parts is to unmold it easier. Most molds for dice require you to kinda stretch the mold really far out and push really hard to get the dice out and that can lead to the mold getting damaged or ripped and it's also just difficult and tedious

I would be interested in seeing the little shaker charm some time too. Pending you feel ok enough to attempt it. As I answered someone below, I completely understand the frustration of not being able to sit for long periods and lean over a project without experiencing pain. It's not fair that because of it I can't do the crafts I want. I want to try needle felting , but I feel like the repetitive movement will lock up my hands and fingers and hurt. Or that I can't sit and customize and paint toys, which I love doing because my back and hips will revolt against it. I have an MRI this Friday, so hopefully I can figure out what's going on, but till then I am content to sit and watch your streams and videos because they cheer me up and are very entertaining. Here's hoping the dice project is successful for you in the future. Rooting for you to be ok!

I think the three piece dice molds are so you can put the mica powders where you want them in you like brush them on the outside of the molds and the top hole is where you actually pour the resin

I'd think that the trinket dishes are dice trays that you use to keep your dice from rolling off the table. and the dividers are just supports, you fill them from the back to make the bowl :)

I’ve found playing D&D a lot easier on D&D Beyond because there weren’t a lot of people in my area. We used to be a group of chronically ill players who mainly had bronchiectasis as a result of their EDS or other things. We’ve lost quite a few of our party since then due to the multiple conditions we all have/had. But what I’m trying to say is you can find a decent party online or start your own, here’s hoping our party gets some more members soon and hope you find a party too

Same with Fragrant Jewels (the bath bombs and candles I've used have been great, and the rings pretty, but it's been years, and I've not used all of them yet!), and a couple I don't recall.

I have that Kingdom Hearts one somewhere! I misplaced the dice mold somewhere, so I must relocate it, coz I really wanna make those. I also have the Pinnie the Wooh one sitting by my craft desk and keep forgetting to make something with it. I really should. I'm obsessed with Winnie. My only complaint about S&T is that the booklets are always very vague. I'd love if they were a bit more explanatory and showed more steps/ finished projects, rather than just giving you a general guide and pretty much telling you to figure out the rest (cue Figure It Out song)

I think the dice mold is in 3 pieces to help aid you in demolding the dice! It can be hard to get a dice out of the hole of just one face for some shapes and also stretching the mold a ton can cause it to start breaking down faster too in my experience. as for yellowed epoxy, it isn't fully unusable at that point so long as both parts are liquid still. I got two bad batches from different brands of half gallon jugs (so each brand made about a gallon of epoxy each) that had the part b yellowed. I didn't know until I opened them up and with no way to seal them back enough to be safe for shipping, I got a refund and kept the yellowed epoxy. I use it for fiberglass work since I add black opaque pigment when using fiberglass anyway. It is just as strong in the end as it would be with non yellow epoxy. It does suck when it comes to doing fancy pours since you're limited in what you can do, but I have managed to use the extra epoxy I mixed up to do some pretty pours that were yellow heavy and that wouldn't look bad with the added yellow from the epoxy. It is hard to know how much epoxy I need when doing fiberglass work and I'd rather mix too much and pour it into my normal molds vs panic and try to mix and degass more epoxy before it is too late to add onto the last fiberglass layer
