"Your Name" does not need to be redone. It's gorgeous, intense, it gets you in the heart and it's perfect full stop. I hope live action never, never gets made.

don’t you think there’s a giant audience of people who didn’t see it because they don’t watch anime or cartoons in general? and even if the live action adaptation isn’t as good as the original it could be good enough that it will inspire them to check out the original? sometimes adaptions exsist not because the original needs to be redone but as an advertisement to watch the original in the first place!

Speaking on "One Punch Man" Did you know the production of "Borderlands" got so bad that Craig Mazin (from "Chernobyl" and "The Last of Us") asked for his name to be removed from the credits and replaced by the name "Joe Crombie" And both adaptations have this Avi Arad

Hollywood approaches anime in a very simplified manner. "Lets make this fun", "how do we make this popular?" This approach leads them to backtrack on many of anime's adult themes. Many which are the whole point of the anime itself

Gundum and hellsing feel like it should be relatively easy to do… that being said I said the same thing about cowboy bebop and we know how that turned out.

Every entry in this ranged from "Oh god no" to "Why are they doing this?" To say that I have LOOOOOOOOW expectations would be an understatement after the disaster that almost every live action adaptation has been to this point.

Oof, cautiously optimistic about One Piece, and surprised and sorta excited about live-action Sword Art Online. I was lowkey a stan back in the day, lol. Ehm, well season one, also it's been a while so maybe it IS bad and I don't remember?

I was hoping for a good anime or adaptation of Berserk. It is one of the best mangas out there, yet with no matching adaptation.

Those anime movies of the earlier arc(s) were pretty amazing, imo. Granted, I never read the manga, so maybe I'm wrong and it's a bad adaptation. Although, I think my friend, who does read the manga, confirmed that those moves were really good, I beleive.

Ngl a Death Note live action set in Japan this time made by the Stranger Things creators would be quite interesting, also One Piece is the deciding factor for me if these work.

Personally, I think Red River by Chie Shinohara would make a great epic historical fantasy series. It's like Game of Thrones in the ancient Near East with strong shojo romance. Also, what's a good place to start with the Gundam franchise? Because I was thinking of checking out Witch of Mercury, but I don't know if you need to know a ton of lore to get into that series.

navel laser was deku power but the thef could not keep it in but deku could have think abut it its in the gut has the looks of a mix of his dads and moms its called navel laser why i think its not its name would have been somthing diff it was taken b4 his body could have got used to it so he stayed human he took it b4 it could grow what if it was somthing way more op so wen one lost ther power one got one that left him empty and is why he can see the 7

They should really consider making live action shows of anime that are part of metaseries. Then they could be really different and in the end you could shrug it off as being just another version of the show. Like, I’d watch a live action Digimon show. And if it’s bad, I’ll just be like “I wonder if the next version will be better.”
