That's true, the memes are most likely created to discredit sigmas, and the one who made it should be an alpha or under alpha male influences (beta or something). Jason Bateman is not a sigma as well, he is more of an introverted alpha since he's a serial killer who acted his own way and lack any consent for feelings (one of the differences between alpha and sigma is that alpha lack any consent for feelings, while sigma preserve feelings). I'm a little confused of the *differences* between *gamma* and *sigma males* because they are both shown out of the conventional social hierarchies, independent thinkers and preferring to work in solitude. Did I get that wrong? If you know these things better please let me know of some major differences between _gamma_ and _sigma!_

Sigma is usually attractive, charismatic, but introverted. Sigma is just like Alpha but introverted. Gamma doesn't necessarily attractive, they also can be introverted or extroverted. Gamma is like Delta or Omega but rebellious.

I don’t know who invented this stuff, but it just ignores the fact that we don’t live in clan structures anymore. Alpha male, a CEO? That guy is elected by a board, which in turn is also elected. What about the guy, who owns a few pubs in my neighbourhood, he has social anxiety, yet he is the owner and the CEO of his small company. Leadership roles, are nothing you can take, because you’ve natural authority, you get to be in a leadership role, because you own a company or because someone else gives you that role. Or have you ever seen anyone bullying someone to be CEO or Director of a company or business unit? Government, it’s about getting elected. Other than that, I’m afraid, but we don’t hunt or fight for leadership anymore, that’s like 5000 years in the past.

IMHO, I've never looked into this stuff, but it's something painfully obvious... it's personality types/masculinity meter, not clan structures. Google personality types, and you'll see that it's the same thing, just very simplified, because we men are simple. (and people in general) Lots of narrow-minded people in the comments, just hating on it because of the labels. Descriptions certainly don't help, they're generalized ideas, so that one can easily imagine what type of person belongs where. Also, sigmas literally don't exist, they're the same thing as alphas, just slightly different values.

The funny thing is: people do organise themselves into tribes, even though we think we're cleverer than that. Bands, football teams, courts, companies all have a leader of some sort. Some guys really do like to play the leader, and some guys go along with it. I'm neither of those. I mean the video is a load of rubbish, obviously - but the alpha/beta stuff started with Zoology and observations of how animals behave socially, and that humans haven't quite escaped it yet

Don't qualify yourself with these pseudoscientific terms for men. Not only is it widely regarded as cringe, it is also mind-washing. Just be yourself, not these "alpha, beta, etc." terms.
