And as to Feigey “wanting to do the right thing” no Chris stop. The man has CATEGORICALLY shat on the MCU and everything he has touched where he has touched it. Another problem with multiverses is that it lays low all the great cosmic beings of marvel. The Loki show introduced the wild idea of ending threads of a multiverse. Doesn’t that easily defeat Galactus, the celestials, the watchers, all the powers cosmic great and small? What’s that you say?, the beyonder is too great a threat? Naw, just cut off that reality and destroy it. It’s too much, and of course it’s entirely within human reach within these overinflated stories. There’s no humility with multiverses. We’re a speck to the power cosmic, yet we can end whole realities with ease. If dr doom ends the multiverses within the mcu, then dr doom for president.

Golden age??? Marvel Comics didn’t even exist in the golden age. Did you get DC and Marvel confused or something? The Marvel Universe proper started in the silver age. They retconned a few golden age characters from timely comics into this new line of comics but that’s pretty much it. He isn't going to be "THE" Dr. Doom. The real Doom actor is under negotiations right now; a certain king who returned once upon a time... RDJ being a version of Doom is basically a way to bring Stark back. It creates a smokescreen for him also filming as Iron Man. One theory I heard, which I kinda like, is that the RDJ Doom variant could have been orphaned as an infant by Winter Soldier and raised as an adopted Victor Von Doom, which is somewhat similar to the "What If" story where they were in college together and Doom switched their minds so he could have access to Tony's wealth, creating a villainous Iron Man, while an amnesiac Tony became a heroic version of Doom in Latveria with a rival company. Again, the orphan thing is just a fan theory.

Hail! What the blue hell was that Section 31 trailer & why is it wearing a Trek skinsuit? Glad y'all survived the RTD/Kurtzman panel without OD'ing on cringe. The RDJ thing is a terrible idea for several reasons: There's no way fans are gonna root for any of the unlikeable New Avengers against him as Doom because everyone loves/respects RDJ, $100 million for 2 films is ridiculous when they desperately need to get production costs down & it's a massive admission of faliure by Disney, much like bringing back Palpatine or 10 it's sign they've broken everything & this is the only play. They're gonna use the literal poster boy of the Glory Days to put over Captain Marvel or Ironheart or whoever & fans will dump on it & this is all assuming they actually write him well, which given the last 5 years of Marvel is a pretty long shot. If they screw this up where do they go next? I hate everything about it

I'm so, so, so sad about Star Trek. My favourite show of all time, turned into a joke for one man's vanity and DEI. I'm depressed and just plain angry about it.
