I'm with a bunch of other people in feeling old from this video's title, but the thing we easily forget as we age is how smaller spans of time are much more significant when you're young. It totally caught me off guard when I heard about people who had 'grown up' with Adventure Time, but _yeah_ . If you were 8 in 2010 when the show premiered, you'd be almost _eighteen_ now, and if you were 8 in 2013 you'd be 14 today, maybe almost 15. Now from my perspective that still seems like a 'kid', but even I acknowledge that there's a pretty significant difference in experience between being 8 and being a teenager. And even more of a difference perhaps between say, 10 and 16 (still only a 6 year gap). So there's absolutely people who 'grew up' on this show, as strange as that sounds to you and me. What's "just a couple years" to a guy in his late 20s (me) is a whole phase of life/development to a kid. Edit: Also, I feel a little bad for commenting and not really watching the video, but I gotta say, that Lasseter joke was _brutal_ . Deservedly so, but _damn_ what a burn.

Man...... Just finished watching this show today after 7+ years of not remembering the moments and episodes of this amazing show. So now hopefully I'll get the exchange of this being one of my most forgettable shows to one of my most favorite cartoons! The hat is also the episode that has my longest ongoing memory of this show during the years of not knowing this existed because of this scene or dialogue Sylvia: wet, dark, warm.... Bingo! This might be the scene that kiiiindaaaa taught me what warm meant Hopefully I can kiss this show goodbye for now... And I will never forget it.. I promise!
