People thought he was, mostly because they didn't know how to use him well. CC is a set up character, and most people don't know how to play with that kind of playstyle. Then when Sonicfox used him they thought higher of him. The thing is that Sonicfox doesn't pick random characters. I never saw him user Superman or Grodd. He picks specific characters because he has an idea as to how to use them. In short, tier lists are stupid and these games are far more balanced than the community gives them credit for.

I like the zoom in on the hit/damage counter instead of the random pan zoom. Might be easier on your editing but I don't know how much you can't show is seen in the same area of the screen.
