Most of people don’t. Hell maybe half of the player of the game still think mercy or any support is just a hold down button role, or just heal “have only one job”, easiest role, shit on support when the fault is not even their. Playing good support in higher rank like master is a total different game, it is like combine with awareness, decision making and dead by daylight. Thank god there are someone still appreciate support.

tell me about it, i have arguments with people who think this is easy. people in top 500 always say “mercy is easy to play but hard to master” so i don’t care about the people who think “mercy takes no skill” because there’s clearly a skill tier here. having to have constant awareness and mechanics to perfect your movement, there’s a huge difference between a good and bad mercy.

@@lilli9873 the nerf to GA hasn’t made her that much harder to survive, people are just struggling to adjust to it out of habit but going against an adjusted mercy is still hard to kill. I’m a dps echo main barely at masters and I can only get mercy when their team positions themself badly or if the mercy is just bad

I had a Widow perfectly straddle a column today with me in Valk trying to get LoS of her because I knew someone was coming for her. She kept doing it until she died. I couldn’t have done that on purpose if I’d tried. It was almost funny lol

No more nerfs to mercy, I’m still not used to the GA nerf, but the healing ability to tank an ult when everyone’s low is kind of awesome. Edit : also I have learned to not Rez people by spawn anymore if I can carry the solo heal xD I was terrible for it but watching you has taught me when to Rez and when to just die.

literally lol. in my high gold / low plat games the enemy tanks will push past my tank so fast and hard focus me that they dont realize what's happening. and then i just get melted. though that's usually when im out of position and used ga incorrectly

Mercy does need a healing nerf. Its current state is not healthy for the game. She deserves something in compensation though ; what about a change that makes her as fun to play as she was before the balance team butchered her GA ? :))) Not asking for the old 1.5s cooldown but at the very least for a 2s cooldown.

Playing support is the most difficult task. Not only do they have the highest cooldowns, you have to manage them wisely, defend themselves from Genji and Sombra players while healing the team.

I love mercy, she’s my main support hero. But I kind of agree with the nerf. The under 50% heal boost was HUGE. It’s almost impossible to secure a elim if mercy is healing them. Especially tanks. And her own damage mitigation she gets when she’s healing is a nice little touch. But that heal buff more than out does the GA nerf. No hero needs to be able to fly across the map every 1.5 secs that’s way to much mobility. 2.5 is still a pretty short cooldown. You just need to be more careful with where you’re flying to now

Season 4 is a WHILE AWAY but pretty sure the devs finna nerf her critical healing since it’s so strong now (which i love) DONT KNOW FOR SURE DONT ATTACK ME 😢 Edit - Also what I heard is tht GA will be getting a Nerf AGAIN but the cooldown will be lower (THANK GOD) they are thinking about making it 2s Instead of 2.5s which should be still A LIL BIT SLOW but less clunky 🙂

its all about lower settings of the game, settings of ur GPU(u can google it) and cleaning ur laptop from the cache, e.t.c.

People always complain "nerf mercy" when the player is really good but when Genji dives in the backline and decimates the team (or when any other hero is played well) they say nothin. Big double standard, and I say that as a former mei main who consistently carries whenever I get to play her, no one complains even though when I play her she's broken af.

What more nerf do these idiots want, the mercy nerf made me change main from mercy to kiriko but now i am play dps more than Support, i have never ranked up this fast until i got banned from ranked because my game keeps crashing who knows maybe i would have made to plat in a week or two :( and now i will have to wait a month so i can play ranked again

Stuck by a teammate and go into the air. Unless the player is smart they won’t bother trying to find high ground to shift towards you

There's just ALWAYS something to complain about. Just target the Mercy to counter a 2v1; otherwise, she will keep healing until you die. Her old GA was easy to deal with, unless the said opponent has terrible aim. Seriously, these whiners need to pick which poison hurts them the least and shut up already 😭

As a support main since 2017 i fully agree - support role does take insane ammount of awareness and good understanding of game mechanics BUT Mercy is still the easiest hero there is among supports ....... Many ppl getting heated here acting like shes the most complex. Great video btw, love it as always
