180s are just like airsoft AEG motors, right? I still have the crazy idea to adapt an AEG to shoot Darts, or at least to try the beefiest (speed wise) motor i could find in Evike to make a mean flywheeler

Does the safety cushion have to be 20%? Main reason is that I'm trying to power 2 motors with a combined stall current of 48 amps with a 25c 2200mAh lipo

Yes and no. The safety cushion is there because as voltage increases, so does current draw. Motors are specced for "nominal" battery voltage ie. 11.1 volts on 3s. However, at full charge, a 3s battery will be as high as 12.6 volts. a set of motors with 48 amp stall on a full charge 3s battery draws ~55 amps. That battery would JUST BARELY work. There's also an unlisted rating of a battery that we try in the hobby not to bring up called the "pulse" rating. That is a very short, less than a second pulse of the battery. It's normally much higher than the burst current rating. What this means for you, is that as long as you never stall your blaster, you should be ok. If you do stall it for an extended period of time, your battery can overheat and start to puff/vent.

Great video! I really like the fast guides when it comes to nerf modding. I was wondering if a Meishel 2.0 motor would work fine in a 43 mm OFP flywheel cage? It is printed in PLA, and I plan to use the "Insutanto flywheels." I could go to Fangs ReVAMPed, but Meishels would be my preference. Any thoughts?

That is the perfect crush for Meishels and the Insutanto wheels were actually designed with Meishel 2.0s in mind. Great choice :)

Not enough volts. Put 7018283735197282629162826196 IMRs and 172637364573728292828282882828282 trustfires and 3507869321 and a half 9v. Also put 517272829735342618101825241819362926196292629253916 ultrafires. While your at it add 792379237923 motors

That's what we went for. The number one complaint we seen about all the other videos like this is they're too long and too in depth for the average person. That's the only reason we made this.
