Maybe try…oh idk, blocking it, it’s like his most punishable move, full combo punish it every time it comes out. Not to mention if you up block it, you can punish it with anything.

Speaking of trance, why do you think Quan-Chi doesn't have his trance or even his runes. I think they're saving those moves for kameo Quan-Chi, just think about it for example playable Kung Lao has a spin but it's not his traditional spin that launches but kameo Kung Lao does has regular spin that launches.

Ah, so that's why I've been losing to Quan Chi lately. Good. I'm not saying make the man broken, but he certainly did not deserve to be as weak as he was when he was released.
