I play against a couple of good Reptile players on PC but i never felt like he is that hard to play against that he needs to be nerfed, actually none that i feel like they would need nerfing, apart maybe from Possessed Kenshi, but not because he is busted but because he is so easy to play, even a newbie could pick him up and do decent stuff with. Idk if making his inputs a bit more difficult would qualify as a nerf perse, but certainly would add a bit of execution for him. But even so, i don't see any character as difficult to play against.
