You need better flywheels, and probably a dart guide for this blaster. Just wait until you upgrade your motors; you'll never go back.

mag212 if you're goi g for a 3s build, its best to go with either MTB rhinos or hellcats for a flywheel motor and a honey badger for a 3s pusher as they are a 2s flywheel motor designed to be a 3s pusher

Motor upgrades, flywheel upgrades, those are what you're looking for. Motor upgrades are where the most gains are to be had with Lipos, as IMRs tend to be too weak to support most mod motors. Just wait until you get a monster pack and 180s, instant spin-up time, and Artifact flywheel cages have been chrono'd at a 148 FPS average with 180s.

the frame feels more Dahl than Maliwan, especially with no circular mag that their SMGs have in BL2. (I know it's impossible to do in a nerf gun, but still, just a nonfunctional one would do wonders for giving it a Maliwan feel)

handle Position has already been pointed out, i believe putting it at a slight angle away from the mag would've really aided the organic shape of the blaster. clean work, a little to clean for my taste in borderlands but hey.
