I thought mine was glitched. 2nd blink recharge time is reduced to a second after the latest update .

It was suppose to be like that for years, but finally with her rework she can only hold a 2nd blink for 1.5 seconds

@@Xtreme_DBD nah buddy , it was infinite for the 2nd blink too but they changed it in the latest update . I'm talking about global version and not the Asian version . I checked dbdm discord server and everyone agreed with this fact . Lemme share you a video where nurse charges for infinite time for 2nd blink in dbdm global .
