Ladies, the advantage of men's clothing 1) Pockets exist and are meant to hold things. Like iPad mini 2 20oz sodas Phone, wireless headphones, battery and cables Wallet, keys Medicine And I still had an unused pants pocket 2) they dons bind. Think comfortable like yoga pants but they restrict movement because of trying to create structure 3) loose clothes allow for airflow. We don't get frilly dresses, but we get shorts where if you stand shoulder length apart a breeze will help vent heat. 4) Many "men's brands" still make clothes to last. Don't shop where you usually shop and look for this. But you want them to last look for places where camping or mechanics stuff is sold.

To add to the pockets thing, I love to get the plain color (i.e. black, tan, green, blue, khaki, etc.) military BDU pants because they have pockets for days! Seriously though, my BDU pants have enough pocket/belt space that I can just about carry everything that a woman carries in her purse in my pockets or on my belt and still have room for more. My typical pocket/belt contents for an average day consists of: cell phone, phone charger (both wall mounted and car type), solar battery-bank, pocket-knife, flashlight, keys, multi-tool, giant wallet (thing is like 6"x4"x3". which contains: full lockpick set, travel packet of tissues, business cards for days ID, cash, coins, bank cards, hair pins, mini survival tool, SD card w/ important docs, spare car and house keys, as well as a spare handcuff key.), CC handgun w/ spare mag, mini IFAK/first aid kit, handcuffs, mace spray, Nintendo switch, deodorant stick, sunglasses, mini notebook w/ pen, Altoids mint tin, USB drive w/ multi-media reader that connects to my phone, a mini land nav kit (compass, local maps, etc.), comb, earbud type headphones, a deck of cards, harmonica, mini monocular scope, arc lighter/flashlight combo, spare USB cords for every electronic device mentioned, a collapsible water bottle w/ filter, travel bottle of hand sanitizer, and a bunch of other stuff that changes depending on what my plans are for the day. As I said, I can just about carry the entire contents of a woman's purse in the pockets or on my belt. 😏 BDU's are seriously under rated and under acknowledged for carrying capacity when it comes to clothing, plus most a designed to be super sturdy so rips and holes are less of a worry, and yes there are companies that make then in womans sizes without sacrificing the quality.

I once found the almost perfect pair of jeans. They're high waisted, the waistband is elastic, so it gently conforms to my waist, it hugs the thighs perfectly, they have deep pockets (I can fit my entire phone into one) and they're boot cut, which is my favorite style of jeans. But they're only almost perfect because the elastic waistband means they do slide down your waist throughout the day, and they don't have belt loops, so I can't wear them with a belt.

someone should get a sub goal to have her learn how to make a basic skirt. In short a basic skirt will remove most if not all of her lower body issues with clothing as she could just sew on the number, size and placement of pockets she wants. The design of the material would also be up to her just the DIY part means it might not be up to the quality of high quality store bought clothing but most likely will last longer than most girls clothing. Mostly as girl's clothing at least in the USA are not made to last but made to look pretty while the materials you can buy in crafting stores are made to last even if the same material.
