I have so much internalized trauma from my childhood that I haven’t completely healed from. Every now and then I get these waves of anxiety and depression that are really heavy to overcome. I’m praying that these issues that I have internalized finally get resolved so I can live my life to my greatest potential. If anyone else is going through this too, please keep your head up, keep taking care of yourself, and have grace. Whatever you do, keep going❤

Maybe its time you talk yo your inner child with resolve and determination to stop anchoring you down in the depths. One day i took myself up by the neck and talked to myself very firmly adressing my inner child. Most of the depression and anxiety left me and never came back. Sometimes you just need to speak to yourself in a fatherly way for the young parts to hear how much you have grown up. Hope this helps, it did for me ❤❤

@@MikoraNousse007 For ME personally, anything involving body contact and My recently deceased Father would push me backwards 3-4 years on my Healing journey from childhood PTSD that has followed me until age 56. Three yrs of Trauma therapy, breath work, meditation, and My adult self speaking kindly and lovingly to my childhood self; being the adult I Needed as a child has fine wonders. And these tones are so rejuvenating and calming ... Once I discovered this, I am now able to sleep through the night. I'm grateful for this channel 😊🙏❤

Well... Been smokin weed since im 14. Im 24 now. Most part of my life i was stoned. 24/7, wasted alot of time and potential. And most of my life was doomed already when i was young. No mom, no dad. No love. Gonna go for sobriety anyways...gonna be a tough fight, but its worth fighting for the best life. Anyways, Peace out folks.

Good choice to choose the sobriety path. After smoking weed whole day, everyday for 17 years, I finally allowed myself to feel again. It's greatest gift you can give yourself. Can be challenging in the beginning, after being numb for so long. Hang in there. If I can give you one piece of advice: find something to replace your old addiction. For me it is meditation, but can be anything that's beneficial for you. Sending Love and Blessings 💕

My personal experiences dealing with PTSD is to confront those feelings head on. Your body is begging you to deal with the trauma in any way shape or form you can. Ever notice how wild animals shake and tremble after trauma, then all of a sudden get up seemingly fine? That's because those shakes and trembling is them pausing and dealing with that trauma. I won't assume you're avoiding those issues, but if you are, the persistence of those symptoms are likely. There is nothing wrong with you. You are a perfect being navigating an unfamiliar plain. This vehicle you drive isn't who you really are. You are much more than all the dragonflies in the world.

I think it's because the people that come here are really at their wits end. Most people, nowadays at least, only really turn to spiritualism, holistic measures or unfounded science as a last resort. Can't say I'm not guilty of that. But if it provides even a shred of comfort, I'd say it's worth it. No-one more zealous than a convert, and all.

I love everyone here first off. I would just like to say, the internet has allowed us to connect in a way that even when alone we can find solace in a comment section or chat platform. People say the internet is evil but life is about balance. Good can be found just as much as evil can occur. It just depends on where you look. I’m so proud of everyone here who supports those facing impossible times but still making it another day. It’s one of the hardest things to do yet they do it. Even when I was hopeless, I still found hope, never give up.

All these toxins flowing through me, starving my body and mind of proper nutrition. It'll hit me out of nowhere and for no logical reason. I guess it just happens when your liver is as bad as mine. Hepatic encephalopathy. This has helped me calm down and relax and that is so important for my body and mind right now. Whenever I'm at ease so is my body and my thoughts can go back to being positive and that's the only way I'm going to remain healthy enough to make it to my transplant. Thank you!

Basically, ignore as best you can a (or multiple) new tones created, till you can no longer hear your currently focused tone. THEN change focus. ☺️

I had a rough life growing up in west Philadelphia. I was a latchkey kid and spent most days at the playground and playing basketball. Things got really bad when my neighborhood was troubled by a couple of roughians who were up to no good. To avoid conflict and more fights, my mother sent me to live with my well-to-do aunt and uncle on the west coast. Moving out of west philly and listening to this video have been big helps in my life.
