Maybe its time you talk yo your inner child with resolve and determination to stop anchoring you down in the depths. One day i took myself up by the neck and talked to myself very firmly adressing my inner child. Most of the depression and anxiety left me and never came back. Sometimes you just need to speak to yourself in a fatherly way for the young parts to hear how much you have grown up. Hope this helps, it did for me ❤❤

@@MikoraNousse007 For ME personally, anything involving body contact and My recently deceased Father would push me backwards 3-4 years on my Healing journey from childhood PTSD that has followed me until age 56. Three yrs of Trauma therapy, breath work, meditation, and My adult self speaking kindly and lovingly to my childhood self; being the adult I Needed as a child has fine wonders. No love. Gonna go for sobriety anyways...gonna be a tough fight, but its worth fighting for the best life. Anyways, Peace out folks.

Good choice to choose the sobriety path. After smoking weed whole day, everyday for 17 years, I finally allowed myself to feel again. It's greatest gift you can give yourself. Can be challenging in the beginning, after being numb for so long. Hang in there. If I can give you one piece of advice: find something to replace your old addiction. For me it is meditation, but can be anything that's beneficial for you. Sending Love and Blessings 💕

My personal experiences dealing with PTSD is to confront those feelings head on. Your body is begging you to deal with the trauma in any way shape or form you can. Ever notice how wild animals shake and tremble after trauma, then all of a sudden get up seemingly fine? That's because those shakes and trembling is them pausing and dealing with that trauma. I won't assume you're avoiding those issues, but if you are, the persistence of those symptoms are likely. There is nothing wrong with you. You are a perfect being navigating an unfamiliar plain. This vehicle you drive isn't who you really are. You are much more than all the dragonflies in the world.

Basically, ignore as best you can a (or multiple) new tones created, till you can no longer hear your currently focused tone. THEN change focus. ☺️

I am an abuse survivor, and my trauma triggers are multitudinous and ever-present in a 24-hour noisy environment. Every day is a struggle and I'm sinking beneath the waves more and more. I get no meaningful rest even at night. I found your video by chance and I can't explain why it hit me the way it did, but I think it shook something that's been broken inside of me. I am feeling less panicked than I have in a while and all I want to do is focus on this sound.

My nervous system is so sensitive that it has been going bananas lately. It has made me feel like I'm under attack. Lack of peace and quiet and I haven't been able to listen to music and every sound and light and ruff energies feels like I'm in a warzone. I woke up yesterday and today with people knocking on our door. Lucky me that my man is awake before me, so he could go outside and I didn't need to speak and meet them. I wake up with my nervous system disregulated with wild panic attacks. When I found this I feel the calm for the first time in months. Thank you🎶🥰🎶

@@thepathtomoksha nevermind me! Haha It's a fantasy book with a delicate love story; the endless war of shadow and light is coming to an end through a prophecy which announces the connection of both. In the last century when light wins over shadow, they both decide in their pain of dying, that they want to change. They don't want to kill each other every other century. I’m glad this is providing some relief for ya! And yeah, it’s interesting how oftentimes we find that our friends and people we chose to have in our lives ate there more for us than family. maybe an unpopular opinion, but as an adult, just because someone is family doesn’t mean they are entitled to your life or your time. So you could say that we can be lucky that we get to pick who has access to us and it’s up to us to create a better life for ourselves and that starts with putting quality people around us!

We live at a very fast pace where the daily problems that were experienced 20 or 30 or 40 years ago (not to mention earlier in the last century) feel up to 10 times heavier. Let's use the resources we have available wisely, calmly, only what is good for us, we don't have to eat the whole buffet. Moderation and balance. I am going through a moment of mental fog and stress, where complicated experiences have escalated due to very bad mental habits. This really helps me a lot. Thank you very much!
