Well... Been smokin weed since im 14. Im 24 now. Most part of my life i was stoned. 24/7, wasted alot of time and potential. And most of my life was doomed already when i was young. No mom, no dad. No love. Gonna go for sobriety anyways...gonna be a tough fight, but its worth fighting for the best life. Anyways, Peace out folks.

Good choice to choose the sobriety path. After smoking weed whole day, everyday for 17 years, I finally allowed myself to feel again. It's greatest gift you can give yourself. Can be challenging in the beginning, after being numb for so long. Hang in there. If I can give you one piece of advice: find something to replace your old addiction. For me it is meditation, but can be anything that's beneficial for you. Sending Love and Blessings 💕

One day i took myself up by the neck and talked to myself very firmly adressing my inner child. Most of the depression and anxiety left me and never came back. My personal experiences dealing with PTSD is to confront those feelings head on. Your body is begging you to deal with the trauma in any way shape or form you can. Ever notice how wild animals shake and tremble after trauma, then all of a sudden get up seemingly fine? That's because those shakes and trembling is them pausing and dealing with that trauma. I won't assume you're avoiding those issues, but if you are, the persistence of those symptoms are likely. There is nothing wrong with you. You are a perfect being navigating an unfamiliar plain. This vehicle you drive isn't who you really are. You are much more than all the dragonflies in the world.

Let's use the resources we have available wisely, calmly, only what is good for us, we don't have to eat the whole buffet. Moderation and balance. Omg this helped me sleep so well last night and have pleasant dreams! Lately I’ve been stressed for the past year between something always going wrong with my car, fighting with my malignant ex over spending time with our child, and trying to change my diet to more raw vegan because I’m tuned in now and can see a little bit past the veil. It’s almost like every night in the past, I was afraid of falling asleep because I’ve had so many weird and negative dreams during this year that I have a horrible sleep schedule now. Fast forward to now, listening to your healing bowls on repeat while I rested, really helped me have a good nights sleep and have some smooth, relaxing dreams that were actually pleasant this time. 😌 It’s like your even tones helped with the spirits, and keep only the soothing ones at bay throughout my whole resting period. Different than a lot of others I’ve listened to. I’m not sure exactly what frequency your bowls are tuned at but they definitely relaxed my mind and gave it soothing thoughts to think as I rested. 😌 Thank you so much for this video! Definitely going to save this one as it’s more even toned than some of the others I’ve listened to, and helped me have a really soothing dream that allowed me to rise up feeling much better than usual. Thank you kindly again, & please, do what you gotta do! I send you love! 😌🙏🏾☮️💕🥰✨

So you could say that we can be lucky that we get to pick who has access to us and it’s up to us to create a better life for ourselves and that starts with putting quality people around us!

He did a Rogan episode... one with Tim Ferriss too. I also quit caffeine, sugar and stimulants in general over 10 years ago, but to get back to Dr. Gabor Mate, trauma from conception on... definitely resonated with me. He points out that ADHD, OCD etc., are not "diseases", but trauma etc. passed on to us that can be healed... he says it better.
