It looks pretty 16-bit for an NES video game. Too bad there weren't more of this kind of video games on the platform. Of course there's Batman: Return of the Joker from Sunsoft, which has massive sprites and impressive colors. This video game has a cartoony art style, but it still impresses.

Where did you get this game as a kid? How old are you? I grew up with Nintendo as well but I didn't see this game until I bought one of the many rom games off of eBay. Was this released in America

@@Mr.Death101 No, unless you lived in Japan, you did not see this game. Could've ended up on some bootleg multi-carts though, would not be surprised. Also why buy ROMS when you can get them free off of the internet, the developers that did the games don't see a dime from that purchase anyway, just pirates.
@Mr.Death101 Жыл бұрын
@@Bloodreign1 I bought them years ago I would buy bulk lots of things like harddrives n roms with no markings and every once in a while you'd find something really cool or really rare. The first boss is Hosuke's uncle (named Goblin), he was acquainted with Hosuke's mother. He is characterized by a large bump on his forehead and specially shaped sunglasses that hide any traces of his third eye. Although he is from the three-eyed tribe, the eye on his forehead does not function and only leaves a trace of it.

My memories, I used to play it when I had a pvp and beat that game many times and it was one of my favorite pvp games. Edit 1: I used to think his name was Tomy due to difficulty in pronouncing the Japanese words back then. I found that he was based on a popular Japanese folklore in which he was meant to be be the good guy but the 3rd eye would make him evil until he got knocked and went back to normal. However, the intro was absent from the pvp version and the soundtracks had different instruments (16-bit-like tempos) but they were awesome. Edit 2: Oh wait, it's based on anime not folklore
