No it is not officially on the NES classic. You could run it on a NES or SNES classic if you want using Hack Chi. But why would you want to the game sucks. Just emulate it on a PC and be done with it

The problem I saw with Swamp Thing that it was far too much a morality tale and not much a superhero tale, even when there was the TV show it fell totally flat where it should've mattered. The movies were fine, it was camp at its cheesiest hour.

The graphics do a nice job of capturing the comic book vibe, the controls can't be any worse than Imagineering Inc.'s other NES games, and the music has some nice swing and rhythmic drive to it. You are in no position to tell people to "stay far away."
