If you serve good product people will come back for it. I see first time Nescafé coffee drinkers walking 500meter across my campus to drink coffee from them. First preference is how far are we from nescafe. Even Nandini franchise people load nescafe powder in there machine. After using it there shop is filled with customer’s. Also no body seems to complain. People from all across india drink from that shop & all are happy. Its very hard for all of us to agree on the taste of foods.
