Thank you! I love the idea to automate client off-boarding! I've been working on setting up a members area on my site for that for a while now and there's so much to put in place! But it's FUN! Also, thanks for the tip about Streak. I had not heard of that. I use Fastmail instead of Google so will look for a similar tool. I admire that you have got all of this done already!
