Awesome sir. Seems lyk I am in love with E Learning. After being hit hard with lectures from our clg, u provide a tremendous scope to learn and understand the topics. U transform ppl from students, listeners to real engineers.

hi my teacher first i would like to thank you for your wonderful lecture and then i will try to answer the question in your lecture the question is why do not make the gate source voltage positive ? because the working principle of jfets are not allowed this condition since the gate source voltage controls the drain current when the two junction is in forward condition this principle will be violated and the drain current flow with out any resistivity this will make the transistor damaged so you must make the gate source voltage negative in order to control the output current by making the depletion layer wider

thank you,sir. can you please tell me what is ohmic contact is MOSFET?its advantages and disadvantages?
@abhishekjain27466 жыл бұрын
When MOSFET behave like a simple resistor and follows the ohm's law. That region is ohmic region, corresponding to the contact.

Sir, why "Sio2" is insulated on surfaces of MOSFET ?
@riyarajput87985 жыл бұрын
I think it is because it provides better isolation and is a good dielectric material

i have some doubt about impedance ? why is it important
@sapnasaroj33127 жыл бұрын
Because whan input impedance high than it reduced loading effect
