Because we removed forward path so the 1 node of L1 was removed So we didn't take that loop

Answer to Question 1 : P1 = 200 Delta 1 = 2 P2 = 400 Delta 2 = 5 Delta = 18 200x2+ 400x5/18 = 2400/18 C(s)/R(s) = 133.33
