Good stuff indeed. But I would have put the animation before the calculation, directly after the definition of convolution. It would have made the calculation much easier to understand.

This is great video. And I also want to ask some question. For two shifted unit step ,e.g. x=u[n-3] and h=u[n+4] Since convolution is commutative , how can the output y = x*h =h*x Isn't that x*h and h*x will have different range in x-coordinate ?

At 11:45 the horizontal coordinates on the plot of the time-shifted h should be -t-1 and -t, respectively. Remember "look forward shift left".

it would be t-1 and t itself lets us consider t>0 => shifting the graph of h(-T) towards the right (delaying the signal) hence the left extreme must be greater than -1 by t units and right extreme from 0 by t units in the positive side . hence left extreme must be -1 + t since it must be greater than -1 just in case if you take -1-t the it would be less than -1 actually (advancing the signal) which in turn is wrong same goes for case when t
