Nespresso capsule coffee is the most consumed in the world, thanks to the ease of preparation and its brand positioning.

Here we will learn about the entire coffee filling process, from its preparation, through the manufacture of capsules and their packaging.
Coffee seeds are stored in jute bags in the warehouse. They are poured into the drying machine, where the temperature reaches about 140 degrees Celsius, causing it to come out practically dry.
Then they are toasted and spread through the mixer.

The conveyors make the distribution in an automated way. Including the boxes that are folded and glued by robots.

Essas cápsulas são de plástico as da Nespresso são de alumínio. Não deveria colocar no título para chamar a atenção como são produzidas as cápsulas da Nespresso e sim como são feitas cápsulas genéricas de café.
