How many oz of espresso is produced when you click brewing button twice to produce “shortened espresso extraction”?

Hi Jhan, it varies by capsule but mug (7.7oz) capsules will brew a double espresso (2.7oz). Gran lungo (5oz) will brew an espresso (1.35oz).

@@jailsonmsjunior Unfortunately this is wrong. You can't shorten the Alto size. At least not on the US model. I have it. I do stop it manually because the Alto size leaves grounds in the coffee and tastes bitter if you let it brew the full 12 oz. That goes for the Onice and the Cold Brew as well.

Can milk be streamed at the same time as extraxtion of coffee ?

Hi, Hasan. Depending on which selection you choose on the machine the coffee will brew first and then the milk will steam or the other way around, but never at the same time does the coffee brew and the milk steam.

Look at the table at 0:31. Make sure to double press the brew button to get a milk friendly extraction. Espresso pod becomes ristretto (25ml) Gran Lungo becomes espresso (40ml) and coffee and alto becomes double espresso (80ml). Carafe is not compatible with milk friendly extraction.
