I’m 30 and I absolutely adore this girl, she talks so openly and well about her struggles, you can tell she’s been through it, still struggles and I think always will but seeing her on here again she does look the best I’ve ever seen her, she seems to have the passion and excitement shining through her and I am so glad that she’s genuinely putting in the effort to help herself and recover. She deserves the world and I think she would be an incredible mother one day hopefully. Thank you for sharing what you do, being honest and the music you put out.

She doesn't have her publicist present. She is carefully choosing her words to a) not say a quotable comment she can't reverse. And b) to not let secrets out before they are strategically released to keep her stardom fueled. Make money on future writings, and interviews. Not at all for the reasons you think, like honesty to fans. Hope this helps you see the real reason.

Also, good for her for thinking wisely bc people take what she says and flip it ALL the time. She has been highly bullied via social media and still the woman shows up and shows out, honest about her bipolar, ED, and past relationships. She doesn’t have to do this but she chooses too

I clicked on this video while cleaning thinking I will hear bunch of silly things from a young social media person. She is beautiful AF, her life seems easy and bullshit free, then she started talking about her struggle and it’s shocking. Not the struggle she is dealing with but the damage we do to ourselves and how much we contribute our issues to others but its truly us that are our number one enemy most of the time. I hope she is able to see herself as we see her one day. ❤

I'm a huge fan of Nessa just because of how she carries herself despite so much of the pain that she has. I think what makes this relationship so intense was that. There was a lot of pain, like yea i hear when she said "when it was good, it was so good". But a relationship is about a balance. Or at least the good outweighs the bad. They were a lot of bad things they shared in common. Lost, pain, doubt, loneliness. So it almost reflected like co dependency in a way. Because they knew eachother and the pain they shared. Its what intensify the relationship.

What a powerful statement, that she loves to help other people and knows she has those nurturing qualities but can’t help herself when she isn’t in that mindset. That’s a beautiful way to describe mental illness. People who suffer with mental illness are the kindest most giving incredibly nurturing people but when they need that for themselves, it just isn’t there and how sad is that? Her being able to identify that as a thing and acknowledge it is something most 40 year olds can’t even do.

i think the one thing all borderlines want is to be known and understood. we often feel we don’t know or understand ourselves and that no one else knows or understand us. so that’s like all we want. for someone to finally know us for who we are. because it’s such a wonderful and comforting thing to be known and understood. it’s also interesting hearing her talk about how she feels it would get confusing for her if she tried to hide some things away and only share certain things or a certain part of her. because i also feel like borderlines HAVE to be open. we have to lay it all on the line. because as i said before, we struggle with knowing who we are so if we’re trying to hide some of it or keep track of certain parts of who we are and who we aren’t or only show a character to the public and stuff like that, it would get confusing. we’d get confused with what’s the real us and what’s the character being shown to the public. also we just genuinely have too many emotions and feelings and they’re very intense and we have to let that shit out. we have to. or else it eats us alive. i also have borderline and Nessa is who i look up to the most when it comes to borderline. i know she gets it. i know i’m not alone. she comforts me a lot in that way. i love listening to her advice on how to handle borderline and i love hearing her talk about what living with it is like for her.

Firstly I want to say, thank you so much Nessa for being here, for sticking around, for living! I think it’s incredibly heartbreaking that you lost Coop and J so close together and felt like you had no one and the only person who would’ve understood would’ve been J. I’m so excited for this healing era and you can tell that you’re doing so much better, you’re glowing! The blonde is a major slay!! I’m so excited for the EP as well and listening to your music mature, you’re amazing and I love you! When someone passes time doesn’t heal all wounds especially in circumstances like with Coop… your brain will learn to not trigger itself so often but that doesn’t make it hurt any less, your brain will try and only allow you to remember what it believes you can handle. It will be painful and you’re allowed to get angry because anger is important in healing. Coop lives through you and that’s a positive thing. Stay alive, stay making memories and living the best life you can for him and remember he is ALWAYS with you, always. Thank you Zach for being such a good host and being compassionate and making sure Ness is okay, we love you!

god she loved him so much. and as a borderline i know that her love for him was so true and so deep. because we don’t love any other way, we’re not capable. we love so strongly with every bone in our bodies. i can’t imagine what she’s been going through trying to get over that especially when i think about the fact that borderlines feel pain just as strong as we feel love. something like a break up can truly be excruciatingly painful and agonizing. it can make you feel like life isn’t even worth it cause it’s too painful to live without the person you love. i can’t believe he did what he did to her. when she loved him so deeply. but i’m happy she had things in her life to distract her and also encourage her to keep living, other things that made life feel worth it.
