Hi Michelle! I found your channel in 2020 when I moved to Dallas from the midwest. I am also a midwife so I just want to say you are doing a fantastic job with your health and preparations. 3rd trimester will fly, but you are already well ahead on so many things!! When you are a parent the to-do list never goes away. Try to find peace even in the chaos. Meditation is very helpful especially in this stage of life. God bless you and your family.

Amazon has the best sheet organizers that I use for my linens. I just searched linen sheet set organizers and they have a bunch of different ones that work great! I love these videos so much!

Love ya Michelle. You look so beautiful. I just be decluttering too and my suggestions are the Vacuum Plastic storage bags. I put 2 pillows and a blanket in one. The suction of the Vacuum makes the bags easier to store and gives you more room. It also keep everything clean inside. Get them for your sheets and duvet cover. Its amazing how flat they get. Also I put plastic dividers from Amazon for my socks & underwear drawers. Looks neat and it's separated. I did a drawer for my bras too. Love the lamp you got. ❤

I had my babe 5 months ago. He came at 34 weeks so clearly I hadn’t gotten everything done that I thought I “needed to”. Guess what? It all has been fine! Don’t worry if you don’t get it all done! Also for clothes postpartum I enjoyed dark colored button pjs and leggings and tshirts for the first few weeks! You are bleeding,sweating and leaking a lot so comfy and easy to change clothes as the key for me. Probably by 3-4 weeks I wanted to start to wear more “normal” clothes!

Yes to the bleeding, sweating, leaking, & potentially sore nipples (it can still hurt even when things are going right). I had an ointment for my nipples, maybe it was lanolin? (This was 20 years ago for me). It was a game changer and I had one at each place where I nursed (living room, my bedroom, kiddo’s room, diaper bag).

Tshirt dresses and boxy style dresses! My post partum body was jarring for a while lol so I just hid it and was comfy so I could stop focusing on myself! I enjoyed the baby so much more because I was cozy but still felt cute. It helped with 🌶️marriage too because I was more confident.

Also pre-fit your stroller! Mine didn’t fit in my car LOL and the car seat wasn’t in a safe limit from the seat in front so we had to upgrade last minute!

For postpartum I lived in target PJ’s and loungewear, lots of flowy FP stuff and dresses! Also you can take sooo much postpartum supplies from the hospital - I didn’t really use any of the stuff I bought because I just didn’t need it!

Nursing tanks are the best! Target has a brand I loved- almost a stretchy material. You can do the two shirt method for public breastfeeding too, which is essentially a nursing tank under another shirt so the top shirt acts as a cover. Declutter video was very satisfying. ☺️

Once you get a dresser you can use those drawers that your clothes are currently in for your linen closet if they fit between the shelves or on the floor once the storage unit stuff is gone and then use the shelves for other things.

I loved the nightgowns from dwell and slumber! They are so soft and stretchy and have buttons that make nursing so easy. Definitely didn’t like wearing anything with a waistband for the first week or 2 postpartum

If I was just lounging around the house I wore my target pjs that had the button front for easy nursing. If I was going out for appointments I wore a two piece set from Amazon. I had it in 3 colors. Mine was a waffle shorts and tshirt set but I’m sure you could find like shorts and sweatshirt sets for the fall!

Amazon sells sheet label bands where it says the size of the sheet and stretches over it to keep it contained! Love mine and makes it very easy to pull what I need.

I had my baby 7 months ago and I lived in leggings and oversized t-shirts/button ups. Just stuff that was easy to breastfeed in. I loved a high rise tighter fitting legging as it felt really good on my stomach after. And let’s be honest- the first week or two I basically just lived in bed and as long as no one came over didn’t wear much other than a nursing bra and pyjama pants.

Michelle, postpartum I loved button up pajamas with shorts (Target Stars Above brand is awesome and very affordable!), sweats, loose clothes really. Also even though it’ll be cooler postpartum hormones made me SO HOT
