I have a number of Bibles and this one is hands down one of my favorites. I LOVE the layout, the overall look and the MASSIVE amount of notes and information you are presented with in this Bible.
You are not given commentary in this Bible, but rather are taken to the original Greek and Hebrew texts and presented with the information you need to get revelation from the Holy Spirit on your own. I LOVE this so much. There are some great commentary Bibles out there, but we must always rely on the Holy Spirit and not man to reveal the Scripture to us.

I totally agree! I try not to use my phone during studying/reading as well. I much prefer to find it in the Word. This is a perfect Bible for that!

Oh that Bible is amazing! I have been eyeing it for some time now, but its just out of my budget but i love the full notes and thats my fav feature. .because ive been struggling to connect with scripture with the study bible i have now, i think the full notes help to make scripture more understandable... i also love the concordance because i dont have access to a physical one..and don't have internet access much anymore esp when i run out of data. i lost my income and havent been able to do much since...

Wonderful review. What an amazing Bible. The feature I like best, very hard to choose just one, is the notes and not commentary. Going back to the original languages give a different perspective of word choice and the meaning/reason certain words were chosen, with God's inspiration. The notes help us, with guidance from the Holy Spirit, to make in personal and between me and God, without another person's beliefs and bias. Thank you for sharing it with us.

I totally agree, Robin. I do find some commentaries helpful, but truly love this when I can go to God and rely on the Holy Spirit to reveal to me what He wants me to know regarding a particular Scripture!

I use the NET translation on my Bible app and love to click on the notes. This hard copy Bible is laid out so nicely and I love having the notes right there with the text so you can make the connection quickly. This would really benefits the reader and the understanding of the text. I also love the teal color. So beautiful!

I've been wanting a Bible with Greek text and love the notes which would come in handy during my time of reading the Bible and also doing Bible study. I love the cover being leather soft. This would make a great addition to my collection of Bible which all have the worn look to them as they are used every day.

Wow, what a great Bible! I am somewhat of a linguist and very much an evidence seeking Christian. I love how you get the notes as opposed to just someone’s opinion. I’ve had the same issue of reading a commentary and not agreeing with it, often wishing I had the opportunity to form my own opinion without being told what someone else thinks. The cultural background is critical to understanding where the writer was coming from when writing. It looks like a beautiful edition.

I’ve been wondering about this Bible and what was in its content. Sounds wonderful. All those notes! And I need that font. Going on wishlist. Full notes is the key words, I think. I like that it doesn’t have commentary but Greek and Hebrew. Thanks. You always do a beautiful job! ( how thick are the pages? Could you highlight and make notes?)

Thank you, Pam! The pages are typical Bible pages, not extra thick. I think you may be able to highlight with some of the good quality light highlighters. You could take notes, with thin good quality pens, I think, but I haven't highlighted or written in mine yet.
