The reason of NX = NCO: Suppose NX is positive: foreigners buy lots of our goods. NCO = domestic purchase of foreign asset - foreign purchase of domestic asset To buy our goods, the foreigners sell their asset (bonds, investments etc.) to domestic people to gain our currency, which is used to purchase the exported goods. So, NX = NCO

In CFA Level I book it says; (S - I) = (G - T) + (X - M). But in on 01:02 it says (S - I) = NX, which is (X - M). So what did happened to (G - T) here. How could it be disappeared?
