It is used to substitute the variable value baser on index , here a and b are the variable and there value will be substitute on 0 and 1 index

at 7:57 why do u put "a={0} and b ={1}" in the writeline? Why not "a={0} and b={0}" ??

because it is placeholder and it count number of variable and it's base index 0 then 1, 2.....
