This problem of phase sequence comes only if the on grid inverter and solar meter are 3 phase type.But upto 5kw it is enough to have single phase inverter and songle phase solar meter.In that case you can connect it to any phase and there will not be any problem of phase sequence.

नेट मीटर में इंपोर्ट 1750 है और एक्सपोर्ट सिर्फ 450 है जबकि पुराने बिल्स के हिसाब से 30 यूनट डेली की खपत है और 20 यनट बनता है जबकि सोलर मीटर में 1250 रीडिंग बता रहा है मतलब जब सोलर मीटर में 1250 बना रहा है तो नेट मीटर में 450 ही क्यों लैस कर रहा है या फिर मेरी खपत 2650 हो गई यानी ओंग्रिड लगने के बाद 800 यूनिट यूनिट की खपत भी बढ़ गई कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा इतनी बिजली तो नहीं यूज कर रहे कहीं मीटर की स्पीड हीना ज्यादा हो चेक करवाएं क्या या फिर मुझे 8 किलो वाट का कनेक्शन लेना पड़ेगा अभी सिर्फ 4 किलोवाट का कनेक्शन है

Please re look at your data . I presume you are being billed every 2 months or 60 days. Now as per your old bill 30 x 60 = 1800 units were being imported and no export because no so,aur panels . Now your import is 1750 units. Please understand one basic rule of solar panel power . The site or house demand of power is serviced first by the solar panels and if any surplus then it is exported . If the demand is more than production then the difference is imported from the grid to meet the total demand . Now as per your own comment only 20 units are being produced by your system and you have a shortfall of 10 units per day. So 20 x 60 is 1200 units in 60 days . Now 1200-450 exported = 750 units is self consumption at site . Any given time your consumption might have been less than production and therefore export of 450 was possible . Also during the night the production is zero but consumption is on. Now the bill is calculated @ Difference between the import and export. So in your case Import is 1750 minus - 450 = 1350 units billed to you . Is it so and does it match. In summary 1) Yes your consumption is high at 30 units per day. 2) You need to make a list of all power consuming items in the household and total up the usage . 3) You need to conduct a energy audit of the household and take steps to reduce the consumption. 4) The solar plant capacity is much lower than the daily consumption. . How did you arrive at 4 KW capacity and what type of panels you have. 5) You need 6KW capacity at least

Bhai bahut asan hey. Ap ka consumption 8 KW ka hey aur Solar 5 KW ka laga hey to export kahan se hoga . Solar panel power ka funda yeh hey ki production pehle site pe use hoga aur agar surplus hey to export hoga. Ab aap ke case mein solar plant ki capacity bahut hi kum hey. Export kabhi hoga hi nahi sivay ke aap shut down karo. Asan bhasha mein samjo Consumption 8 KW ( 8 x4= 32 units ) Production 5 KW ( 5 x 4 = 20 units ) Difference 3 KW. ( 3 x 4 = 12 units ) Agar hamesha full load chalega to scene yeh banega . Jitna production ya 20 units to aap ke full use ho jayenge aur uper se 12 units ki shortage rahegi. Export to hoga hi nahi. Uper se aap ko 12 unit grid se lena hoga. Agar 4 mahine ka bill 20,000 aya hey to sahi hey.

I am having tenant on ground floor and I live on first floor . My main supply from mpeb is coming to ground floor and I have sub metre and mcb box on first floor .I am facing a problem that my first floor submeter is showing very high reading .not able to pinpoint the reason . I have two quarry 1) whether I should connect solar power to ground floor main metre or feeding power to first floor mcb is o k 2) how can I find out exact consumption of ground floor for calculating the tenant bill .

For eg CT ratio mentioned on CT is 100:5 that means multiplying factor is 20 , but in meter you set it to 100:20 so now the MF is 5 , so if your inverter genrates xxkwh then meter will show the difference as per MF of the active current flowing at a time

In Solar the rule is first use on site and if any surplus then export . So in your case 1383 units generated by your panels and export only 228 units .The difference 1155 units have been used in your house first .

The plant behind me is connected with a different make RS485 data logger , plant is grid connected and export genration. Yes I know them , also they will have the installer login password they only would be able to make that parameter settings in inverter to sync it with zero export device

Solar meter is required to correctly measure the energy produced. The inverter can loose data and a mismatch happens . In my own system I am having this problem . Inverter is showing 6000 units less than the so,aur meter because the data was lost . Solar meter and nett meter are both tallying with each other.

Jaisa is video mein bataya hey aap sare equipment switch off kar do kuch time ke liye . 12 Noon se 2PM tak . Band karne se pehle meter reading le lo aur fir restart karne se pehle . Fir dekho kya hota hey. Two reasons 1) Your load is higher than the solar output 2) in the night the so,aur power is off so during night it will be net import .
